We wanted to share a quick update — Coach Paul and his wife Adie have traded oars for open roads and are off on an adventure around Australia in their motorhome!
They’ve already been spotted soaking up the sights, flying helicopters (as you do!), and enjoying the stunning wildflowers over in Western Australia. 🌸🚁
While Paul’s away, Monday afternoon sessions will look a little different — but the rowing spirit stays the same. Keep your eyes on Heja for schedule changes. We’ll keep the momentum going until he and Adie return refreshed, recharged, and full of stories in March after their six-month grey nomading experience.
