This plan captures the heart of who we are and where we’re going—with a newly defined **Mission**, a sharper **Vision**, and clearly articulated **Values** that reflect everything we believe in as a club. We’ve outlined ambitious, achievable goals that will shape the next five years across youth development, high performance pathways, school engagement, infrastructure, inclusivity, financial sustainability, and community connection. Whether you're a parent, rower, supporter, or school partner—this is your club too, and we want you to feel part of the journey. This plan is more than a document. It’s our commitment to building something lasting—**a vibrant, youth-focused rowing community that grows stronger every year**.
