Join us for an action-packed **three-day camp** from **2–4 July**, running **5:30am–2:00pm daily**, right here at Maroochy River Rowing Club. This exciting camp brings together rowers from **Bundaberg, Rockhampton and Maroochy** for high-quality training, skill-building, and expert-led workshops. 💪 **What’s included:** - On-water technical sessions - Expert talks from sports professionals including: - Nutritionists - Strength & Conditioning Coaches - Sports Psychologists - Injury Prevention Specialists and more - **Breakfast, lunch and snacks** provided daily 🎯 The camp will finish with the **Head of the Maroochy** race on **Friday 5 July** – the perfect way to test your gains! 📍 **Cost:** $200 per person (excluding the Head of the Maroochy) Spots are limited – don’t miss this opportunity to train, connect, and level up your rowing.
