- Membership and registration information, held in our member portal (Revolutionise Sport)

- Website usage information (via standard analytics)
MRRC does not collect, store, or hold bloodwork, mineral analysis, or other health data generated through our nutrition and health partners. Any information you share with them as part of their services is subject to their own privacy practices, not this policy.
3. Why we collect it
We use personal information to:
- Administer membership and squad participation
- Communicate about training, events, and club news
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of rowers, including emergency response
- Support athlete development through our nutrition and strength & conditioning partners
- Meet our obligations to Rowing Queensland and Rowing Australia, including nominations for representative programs
- Comply with our legal and child safety obligations
4. Children's information
Many of our members are under 18. Where we collect personal information about a child, we do so with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, and we take particular care with any sensitive or health information relating to minors.
5. Disclosure to third parties
Membership and registration data held in our member portal (Revolutionise Sport) is accessible in full by Revolutionise Sport as the platform provider, and by Rowing Queensland and Rowing Australia as our governing bodies. This is a standard requirement of club affiliation and competition eligibility across the sport.
We may also share personal information with:
- Government or regulatory bodies, where required by law
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
6. Photos and media
We may photograph or film training sessions, regattas, and club events for use on our website, social media, and promotional material. Parents/guardians may request that their child not be included by contacting us directly (see Section 9).

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including secure storage in our member portal and restricted access to sensitive health information.
