Support Our 2025 Fundraising Goals – Every Stroke Counts!
Maroochy River Rowing Club is growing fast – and with that growth comes the need for more equipment, better facilities, and increased support for our rowers. Our goal is to raise $300,000 by the end of 2025, we're just over 5% of the way there so far and with your help, we know we can get there.
Here’s what we’re working towards, some of these goals are in that $300,000 and some of them are much much bigger than that:
🚣 New Boats – Including the recently ordered Laszlo 4x/- (part-funded by Sunshine Coast Council), plus additional singles and doubles to meet growing demand.
🛠️ Essential Equipment – Oars, stroke coaches, trestles and maintenance gear to keep our rowers well-equipped and safe on the water.
🏠 Club Improvements – Upgrades to our boat storage, facilities, and access to support more youth rowers and provide a better experience for all members.
📈 Long-Term Growth – Developing school partnerships, improving coaching pathways, and building a sustainable, inclusive future for youth rowing on the Sunshine Coast.
